At Trishul Gems (a brand of QUALITY JEWELLERS), we take immense pride in the quality and authenticity of our gemstones. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your gemstone must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Crucial: The gemstone must be returned with all original documentation, including any laboratory certificates, appraisals, and invoices. Missing certificates may result in a rejection of the return or a replacement fee.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-cut gemstones, engraved items, or custom-designed jewelry pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Gemstones that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration by a third-party jeweler.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@trishulgems.com with your order number and reason for return. Once authorized, the return will be processed by QUALITY JEWELLERS. We will provide you with specific instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed by QUALITY JEWELLERS, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For high-value gemstones, we strictly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
