1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Please note that custom requests, special certifications, or customized jewelry orders may require additional processing time. We will communicate any delays to you promptly.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India) We partner with reliable, premium courier services (such as BlueDart, Delhivery, or equivalent) to ensure the safe transit of our gemstones across India.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivers within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Express Shipping: Delivers within 1 to 3 business days to most metro cities.

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • International delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7 to 15 business days.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Trishul Gems is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Secure Packaging & Insurance

  • Because we ship precious and semi-precious stones, every order is meticulously packed in tamper-evident, secure packaging to ensure the integrity of the gemstone during transit.

  • All shipments are fully insured by us until they reach your designated delivery address.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey from our Mumbai facility to your doorstep.

6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

  • If you experience a significant delay in the delivery of your order, please check the tracking link provided.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@trishulgems.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection and insurance claim purposes.

7. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or after multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
